“To all of you at Claddagh Jewellers: First, I would like to again extend my gratitude for your quick and helpfull assistance in buying my husband's wedding ring. He LOVED it! In fact he loved it so much, that he vowed never to take it off...and I believed him. Picture it, we are on our honeymoon, in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico. It was beautiful. We are both water people and spent most of our 12 days on the beach. On our 3rd-to-last day, we were sitting chest-deep in the ocean, just enjoying the powerful waves. The un-thinkable happened! The undertow slid my husband's ring right off his finger! At first I accused him of making the world's worst joke; but it was no joke! We searched for an age, with no luck. My husband's heart broke, right in front of me, on our honeymoon; can you imagine? We can't afford another ring just like the first, and he won't accept anything else, so I just wanted to drop you all a line, to stay in touch. When we can, we will only buy from you. So thank you once again, I look forward to that day.”
