How do I shop with Click & Collect?
It's very simple!
1. Add your item and proceed to online checkout.
2. Select Click and Collect as your shipping method and when prompted select the store you wish to pick up from.
3. After completing the checkout process you will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed.
4. An email will be sent to confirm that your item is ready for collection in-store. Please present the Click and Collect email together with a valid form of ID.
Do I have to pay for the Click & Collect service?
No, this service is provided free of charge.
Do I have to pay in full before I collect the item?
Yes, all items must be paid for in full before collection.
When will my order be ready?
Collection times will vary. Each item on our website will show the number of working days it takes to complete. It will then be packaged up and sent to the shop you choose where it will be available for collection. You will be sent an email once it is there ready to be collected. To avoid disappointment or delays please contact us for more information on time-frames before placing your order.
Who can collect my order?
If you are unable to collect, you may nominate another person to do so on your behalf. To do so, please provide us with their full name and address and ensure that they present the click and collect email and a valid form of identification.
Please note: If this process is not followed, the person collecting the item will be turned away. This policy is in use in order to protect our customers against fraudulent use of their payment card.
Can I order my item from abroad and collect the item when I am visiting Ireland?
Yes, many people do this and it is particularly popular with people who place orders for Special Order Items which can take up to several weeks to be completed and then be ready for collection. The collection date will be confirmed with you before arriving in Ireland and it is simply a matter of popping into the shop in Galway or Dublin that you have chosen to pick your order up in person.
